No. Your pass is a live, mobile-friendly link. At the gate, the volunteer opens it on the spot and sees your green confirmation box. Screenshots are not valid and not accepted.
Yes! Add all family members' names under one mobile number. The price is ₹100 per person, calculated automatically. One ID proof for the entire family is enough at the gate.
Don't worry. At the gate, the volunteer can tap "Check Payment Status" after entering your number — it syncs with the payment gateway on the spot and your green pass will appear.
Each pass is valid for one specific night. To attend multiple nights, make a separate booking for each date — same mobile number is fine.
Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card or UPI details.
